Returns & Exchanges

At Decaffedepresso, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
